As part of the annual rollover process, SchoolMint Hero will be offline for scheduled maintenance on Saturday, July 11th, approximately from 6 pm to 10 pm CST. During this time, your site might be temporarily unavailable. We apologize for any inconvenience.
Please note the following regarding the rollover window:
- The Hero rollover process will occur between July 11 and 14. The site may be accessible during this archive process window, but behaviors logged during this window may not be saved properly. Please avoid logging activity during this time.
- Hero's full functionality, with the new school year, will be present on July 15.
As a reminder, the annual rollover process will affect all of your behavior-tracking data, including students’ Behavior History and Reports. This archive will not affect your imports, behavior codes, actions, user lists, email templates, or student/parent login credentials.
